The company, based in Spain, is engaged in providing BPO services. It was incorporated in 2012 and has its registered headquarters based in Onzonilla. The company offers services such as BPO service delivery processes and procedures, BPO process analysis and account analysis, BPO training, BPO administrative processing, BPO Customer service (BPO contact center), and BPO procurement. It also handles the following services: consultancy, emergency plans, fire protection, security plans, electronic security, and active / passive safety.
